My goal is to help younger athletes realize their potential through a different approach to their training. My lack of athleticism hindered me from playing college ball and I do not want that to happen to you.

The 3rd level of your TOES

Activating the foot and learning to utilize the toes will UNLOCK your athleticism by activating new muscle groups to take pressure off the rest of your body. This leads to more efficient movements while significantly decreasing risk of injury due to lower energy output per given muscle.

The last thing to leave the ground on any given movement is the UPPER-most active part of the foot. The higher the foot is activated, the more leverage used when leaving the ground, leading to more efficient movements.

  • You are as athletic as your range of motion

  • Your strength is used to the extent of your range of motion

  • Margin of error for injury

  • Range of motion complements strength athletically
