Most programs train two levels: strength, and skill. There's a third level underneath both — movement efficiency. Most coaches don't have time to train it. That's where I come in.
Four ways to plug me in.
Movement Assessments
60-minute screen of every athlete on your roster. I find the asymmetries, restrictions, and inefficiencies your strength coach can't see. You get a written report on each player.
Group Warm-Ups
15 minutes before practice. I run the room. Your coaches get to coach.
Post-Lift Mobility
20-minute mobility block after lift days. Reduces soreness, improves recovery, raises tomorrow's training quality.
Individual Sessions
Athletes who need extra work — coming back from injury, asymmetry, or just want more — train with me 1-on-1. You don't manage it. I do.
